We received an update from Marilyn Jasper at the Clover Valley Foundation, marking what she calls a "dubious benchmark of having been in the trenches in our effort to Save Clover Valley from destruction via development for one decade, ten long years, and it's not over yet."

Fundraising continues for the current lawsuit, with Clover Valley Foundation and Sierra Club as co-plaintiffs (the Town of Loomis filed a separate complaint), is making its way through the court system.
