He has been on the forefront of collaborative efforts between ranchers and environmentalists. When I first heard him speak it literally changed my life. I changed my major and shifted my entire methods for raising cattle. I HIGHLY recommend hearing him speak and reading his books. His topics are applicable to all ages and anyone interested in land use or land preservation issues.
He speaks in Grass Valley on Friday, March 9th from 6-9pm.
He will also be at Chico State speaking on Thursday Mar 15 in Holt hall at 7:30.
