It is so hard to write for such a large sea of people when going about our educational activities in environmental organizations. I often find myself scratching my head when trying to imagine who it is that will be picking up the paper or listening to the radio when these words are put out there. This tool definitely makes that a little easier with some do's and don'ts for writing and talking. It is a wake up call to realize that so many people won't understand your language if you don't.
