Check out Sierra News, the quarterly newsletter of The Sierra Nevada Alliance. Besides being one of Saving The Sierra's project partners, The Sierra Nevada Alliance is a membership organization comprised of about 70 groups up and down the range that work to protect Sierra lands, water, wildlife, and communities.

The latest edition of Sierra News includes:

• Controlling Pollution in the Sierra - receive a wrap up on the Sierra Nevada Alliance's three year grant that provided financial, technical and organizational assistance to start new water monitoring programs, jump-start new groups through creek stewardship days, restore watersheds, and educated hundreds of leaders on important watershed issues.
