For a “Cozmically” good time…

My favorite place to come in out of the fall Sierra chill has to be the Cozmic Café on Main Street in Placerville. Between the vegetarian menu, any coffee drink a java hound like me can dream up, and the full arts calendar, I can easily make a day of it. History buffs will enjoy the Pearson Soda Works building, first erected in 1859, where you can still walk through the old storage cave, carved right into the hillside at the back of the café. To browse the mini-art gallery, grab an organic snack, or even take a yoga class, check out the Cozmic.

Good to know...

That is good to know. I'm not familiar with places to visit like the Cozmic Cafe. Sounds fun.

Cozmic Here I Come

I've heard of this spot but didn't know much about it. Now I'm be sure to stop by next time i'm through "hangtown". Thanks for letting us know about it. And do share your other favorite spots!

This is a wonderful entry...

I'm always looking for places like this in the Sierra. Let us know more of your haunts, if you are willing to divulge!
